  • Does my Fence come with a Warranty?
Yes, all of our projects come with a 5-year craftsmanship warranty. The details of the warranty will be found in the contract.
  • What about my HOA? County codes & regulations?
As the customer it is your responsbility to ensure the fence we intend to build falls in line with your HOA regulations, and county codes. Each city and county can have their own regulations, as well as the HOA itself. While most are fairly standardized, we still recommend you check to ensure the fence you want won't cause you any issues in the future.
  • Do I need to call 811?
We are responsible for calling 811 to ensure all public water, gas, and electrical lines are marked prior to us begining the work. It is the customers responsbility to inform us of any private utilties i.e. water, drainage, electrical, and gas lines.
  • What about plants, trees, and bushes along my fence line?"
This is something to discuss with the estimator, and they will be paying attention to it as well. It is best if we have direct access to the fence line. We require 18-24 inches of clearance on both sides of the fenceline prior to begining the project.
  • How do I pay?
We accept cash, check, and credit card (3% fee). We collect payment after work is completed. If there is a group of neighbors getting their fences replaced, we only enter into a contractual agreement with one neighbor and collect payment from that neighbor. So, it is best to have all neighbors on board, and collect payment from them prior to the project begining.
  • Are you required to be licensed?
Yes, by the State of California we are required to be a licensed C-13 contractor. See our license information at the bottom of the page. When getting estimates we always recommend customers ask if their contractor is licensed & insured, to protect your property. You can check for proof of any license via the link below: http://www.cslb.ca.gov/OnlineServices/CheckLicenseII/CheckLicense.aspx
